Fluorspar Briquettes
Fluorspar briquettes are made by binding metallurgical fluorspar fines with an inorganic salt adhesive. In steel and aluminium production they act as a fluxing agent, accelerating the melting of lime, lowering the melting point of raw materials and improving slag fluidity to help remove impurities.

Parijat Minerals manufactures fluorspar briquettes at its Raipur facility and supplies them across India and for export.

Applications:
Steel Manufacturing:
Fluorspar briquettes serve as a fluxing agent, enhancing the efficiency of the steelmaking process.

Aluminum Production:
Fluorspar briquettes play a crucial role in lowering the melting point of aluminum oxide, making aluminum extraction more energy-efficient.

Foundries:
Fluorspar briquettes contribute as a flux, improving melting and forming processes in foundries.

Fluorinated Products:
Key raw material in the production of fluorinated compounds used in refrigeration, air conditioning, and aerosol applications.

Metallurgy:
Used in metallurgical processes to enhance the properties of certain metals.
