Fluorspar Powder

Metallurgical Grade (CaF2 60-97%)

Metallurgical grade fluorspar accounts for approximately 35 to 40% of total fluorspar production with the principal applications being in steel production and cement.

​

It is mainly used to help lower the melting point of raw materials used in steel production to aid in removing impurities, in the production of aluminium and in other metal smelting processes as cosolvent and slag discharge agent.
